What do I need to do to get started?
The rules are simple, send some traffic/sales to show you are for real. At your request we will setup a hosting account.

What does my account come with?
Complete dedicated 100% Bannerless Web Hosting with your domain name or IP number, FTP & full support.

What kind of disk space or bandwidth do I get?
The more sales you generate the more traffic and storage space you can get. Initially you get 100 MB of disk space, You get Unlimited Bandwidth, as long as you promote Universalpass only and produce sales. Webmasters must maintain a 1/1 - 1/10 sales/gigs ratio. This means that a webmaster must have 1 sale for every 10 gigs of data transfer used. 1 sale per 5 gigs is optimal.

Can I have Movie/Video clips on the site?
Yes absolutely. The preview clips have a file size limit of 2MB. You can have 2 preview movies at a time. We don't allow Free archives.

What is your policy on Spam?
No SPAMMING at all. We will terminate your account and report you, if we catch you spamming your site via e-mail, icq, etc.

1.- By setting up and maintaining a Free Web Hosting site with UniversalPass, you agree to all of the terms below. Failure to comply with any of these terms may result in the immediate termination of your account without prior notice.

2.- You may not use illegal material or promote illegal activities on your site. This includes, but is not limited to, copyright images, images of minors, images of violent sex acts, images of bestiality, and software piracy. All images used in your site must be in compliance with all state, federal, and international laws.

3.- You will be solely responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of your site and for all materials that appear on your site. You are not our agent, and we shall have no responsibility for the development, operation and maintenance of your site and for all materials that appear on your site. You shall also be responsible for ensuring that materials posted on your site do not violate or infringe upon any laws, including but not limited to 18 U.S.C. Section 2257, or the rights of any third party (including, for example, copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights), and ensuring that materials posted on your site are not libelous or otherwise illegal. You must have express permission to use another party's copyrighted or other proprietary material. We will not be responsible if you use another party's copyrighted or other proprietary material in violation of the law. "

4.- You cannot use your space as storage to pull images to a different site. You may not link to any graphic or other content you upload to this web site from another web site on a different server.

5.- You may only promote Universalpass.com sites.

6.- You must setup your site within 7 days or it will be deleted.

7.- You must send traffic to your site within 14 days or it will be deleted.

8.- You may not distribute your login or passwords in any manner.

9.- Meta tags may not contain any keywords that imply illegal site content.

10.-Using your account as a file storage is not permitted.

11.- Spamming of any kind is strictly forbidden.

12.- Maximum size of any one file is 200 KBytes.

13.- No more than 20 images per HTML page. Maximum size of any one thumbnail file should not exceed 10 KBytes.

14.- You cannot run CGI scripts from this server. Permissions for cgi scripts have been turned off in your directory.

15.- UniversalPass makes no warranty of service, profit or other. UniversalPass does not guarantee any length of service, performance, up time or otherwise. UniversalPass does not guarantee server up time or tech help. UniversalPass reserves the right to change these terms at any time without notice and for any reason.

16.- UniversalPass reserves the right to terminate this service for anyone at any time for any reason, without prior notice or warning. Breaking these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.
